I am hip

I made a reversible-ish hat. I finished it, and I started it today. WOW! Go me. Am I right, folks? You can wear this hat and be all hip, or you can wear it to be warm. So many options! It's the same pattern as the last hat, but with one ball of yarn. I really like the colors of the yarn. Please enjoy some weird pictures of me below modeling my hat:

Oversized Hat on an Undersized Human

Hey hey hey! Guess who's back! This weekend I made and finished this hat within a day! Isn't that amazing? I know, it is. It's an oversized hat. The stitches are oversized, not that hat. I used two stands of yarn instead of one. Also I used size 17 circular needles (I think). I'm also working on a second one, because it's fun and pretty easy and pretty fast. This one doesn't have two different colors. I also think I want to make a skirt after this. Remember that hat that I was going to make that was going to be red, orange, and yellow? I still haven't made it. Whoops! I just kinda don't want to right now. Maybe the inspiration will strike!

Classy Baby Soft

I finished the baby soft scarf for my sister. It's so short so there isn't a lot of styling you can do with it, unless you're creative! She's going to love it. She's really into this baby soft yarn, and asked me to make something for her. The pattern is just the knit stitch on size 10 needles. I got the yarn from Goodwill, so it wasn't a full sized ball of yarn, so that's why it's so short. It's really soft, though! Look below for fashion tips on different ways of wearing the scarf.

Sarit Wears A Sweater and Shops At A Thrift Store

Thrift store yarn haul!!! Today I had an impromptu visit to a thrift store, and I can't walk into a thrift store without getting myself some yarn. I also wanted to show off the sweater I am wearing in these pictures, because I haven't been able to wear this since last April probably because It's been too hot. Yay fall! ps. look at the last picture for a non-yarn related item. The two balls of yarn I am holding in my hand (the third picture down) are really soft. You can't really tell. I think I'm going to use most of the yarn in the bag for my Knitting Club that I am (hopefully) starting. I really hope it works out! I'm still working on a scarf for my sister. It's a really simple scarf, it's just long and I haven't been able to get around to finishing it. It'll be done soon, though! (I hope).
